Chaitali Sengupta is co-founder and CEO at Cirrus360. Prior to this, she was Senior Director Technology at Qualcomm, and VP, Product Engineering at Reliance Jio, India, and Board member at Reliance Jio Messaging Services. Before that, she was CTO and SVP engineering at SEVEN Networks, CA, which acquired SNRLabs, TX, a seamless connectivity startup that she co-founded as CTO. Before that, she was at Texas Instruments as Distinguished Member, Technical Staff. Chaitali is a winner of MIT Technology Review’s 2004 top innovators under 35 award, Rice University’s 2007 Outstanding Young Engineering Alumni award, and selected to the 2018 World50 Next Women cohort. She has a PhD in EE from Rice University, and a B.Tech. from IIT, Kharagpur, India. She is the author of 14 patent families (68 patents).

Alan Gatherer is currently co-founder and CTO of Cirrus360 and a Fellow of the IEEE. He is responsible for R&D and strategy for Cirrus360 modem development platforms. From January 2010 to January 2021 he was with Futurewei technologies where he was a Senior Technical Vice President in charge of software/hardware R&D for next generation baseband SoC. Previously he was a Fellow and CTO at Texas Instruments leading the development of high performance, multicore DSP and 3GPP standardization. Alan has authored over 50 journal and conference papers, holds over 80 awarded patents and is author of “The Application of Programmable DSPs in Mobile Communications.” Alan received his BEng from Strathclyde University in Scotland and his PhD from Stanford University in California in 1993.

Sudipta Sen is co-founder and Vice President Engineering operations at Cirrus360. Prior to this, he was Senior Director, Platform Operations at Qualcomm, and VP, Product Development at Reliance Jio Infocomm, India, where his team delivered an India-wide WiFi software service. Reliance Jio is the fastest growing wireless service worldwide. Before that, Sudipta was co-founder and CEO of SNRLabs, Texas, a start-up that pioneered solutions for cellular and WiFi seamless mobility and was acquired by SEVEN Networks. Before that, Sudipta was solutions delivery manager at Texas Instruments and a Senior Member Technical Staff at Compaq, having shipped hardware platforms in 100s million units in collaboration with ODM partners. He has a Masters in EE from University of Houston and a B. Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
